This week we break down the pancake move to help you practice and eventually impress your family and friends. With a little bit of practice, you can add this simple skill in when you are doing keepy-Uppys for that extra bit of flair.
Step 1 : You should back-heel the ball against your weakest foot.
Step 2 : With the inside of your weakest foot, pull the ball up quickly
Step 3 : Plant your strongest foot with the outside facing up and then let the ball drop
Step 4 : Practice over and over.

It’s important to keep your eyes on the ball and maintain good balance throughout the pancake move. It may take some practice to get the timing and coordination right, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t get it right away.
Remember to start slowly and gradually increase your speed as you get more comfortable with the skill. With some practice and determination, you can master the pancake keepy-uppy skill in no time!
