World-first 3FC Test Lab introduces Blackpool FC Academy players to Football Flick PRO.
Last month, Football Flick arrived at the Blackpool FC training ground for the world’s first 3FC Test Lab event. The event was designed to give Blackpool FC Under 18 Academy players the chance to test out the new PRO range ahead of its official launch.
Players were given the opportunity to break away from their regular training sessions and test the full range of PRO products, including the highly anticipated PRO Skills Trainer. It was exciting to see the impression the new PRO Skills Trainer left on the staff and players, as they tested all the new features including the world’s first ‘declining’ rebounder – designed to return the ball downwards into the ground and create ‘match-like’ bounces to help develop faster decision making.
Coaches from the BFC Academy were given information about the range and all the unique features. There was highly positive discussion about how the PRO Skills Trainer can be adopted into training sessions and some interesting ideas about future developments planned. Coaches and players also gave invaluable feedback and recommendations on the products prior to launch which enabled adaptations and new thinking ahead of general release.
PRO is the new range developed for professional academies, coaches and players looking to take their game to the next level. Giving the under 18’s at Blackpool Academy access to the range provided the perfect test participants. Seeing the training range in the hands of academy players with elite level touch, control and power proved the PRO range materials and ethos is fully aligned for this level of usage. It’s also proved the 2 years of testing and development have all been worth it.
